These Terms and Conditions are valid for purchases online on www.mile.sk. The conditions define and specify the rights and responsibilities of the seller /company/ and the buyer /customer/. These Terms and Conditions in their current wording represent the content of the contract of purchase concluded between the seller and the buyer.

The buyer confirms by submitting the order that the consent with the Terms and Conditions and these will apply on all the relations between the seller and the buyer when concluding a contract of purchase as well as on potential claims on goods.
All orders placed on the sites of www.mile.sk are binding for both parties. When placing an order the buyer confirms that he or she has read and understood these terms and claim conditions. The seller confirms that the order has been accepted by sending an order confirmation e-mail.
In case of most items the price depends on the selected size, therefore various prices may appear for next to model. These prices are always displayed transparently on the sub-site next to individual products. All prices listed with the products are final with VAT. The price of goods does not include the price of shipping based on the selected method of delivery.
In case that you wish to cancel you order, which has not been dispatched, please, contact us as soon as possible. If you order has already been paid for, we will return the money within 15 days to the same account the payment was made from. In line with Article 6 of the Commercial Code No. 367/2000 as amended the buyer has the right to back out of the contract within 14 days from the delivery date /not applicable for collecting the goods at the seller’s operation in person/.
When using the right to back out of the contract, please, inform us about your decision in writing via a letter sent by post to our address: milemale s.r.o., Šancová 37,831 04 Bratislava. For these purpose, there is a copy of formal letter available on LINK (a sample of written announcement of backing out of the contract)
You may prefer to fill our online form to back out of the contract instead of sending us a written letter by post. If you make use of this possibility we will immediately confirm receiving of the announcement by email to you address stated in the form.
If you decide to back out of the contract it is necessary to return the goods undamaged with no signs of use or wearing in the original package with the purchase receipt enclosed, by sending it back in the given period of time /the date of posting being determining/. If all the above-stated conditions for goods returns are me the money for the goods will be returned to the buyer to his or her account within 30 working days after the goods is delivered and checked.
We also reserve the right to cancel your order of goods if we are not able to deliver it to you because it is sold off /however, we often update the goods on stock and it is only possible to order the good on stock, so this should be an exceptional case/. We will inform you about cancelling your order immediately by phone or e-mail. If the payment of the purchase price of the goods has already been made, the financial means will be returned to you within 15 days to the account from which the payment was made, unless agreed otherwise.
We do our best to dispatch you order in the shortest time possible, usually from 1 to 3 working days, but not later than within 7 working days. The customer is informed via an e-mail within 24 hours from the expedition when the delivery is dispatched.
Please, take in consideration that the delivery period of the Slovak post usually takes from 1 to 3 working days or 24 hours in case of courier services.
If you have received neither the goods nor a delivery notice by the post office within 7 days from the time you received our e-mail announcement of expedition, please, contact your local post office as well as our office on firstname.lastname@example.org. The seller is not responsible for delayed delivery caused by the postal services or courier or for damages of goods caused by the postal services or courier.
In case you select a payment in advance on our bank account we only dispatch the goods when the entire sum is credited on the account /i.e. including the postal fee/.
We reserve the right to prolong the delivery period in case that unexpected circumstances appear. The buyer is immediately informed about any such extension of the delivery period.
We ship the goods via the Slovak Post Office in a registered letter or package or an express delivery by courier. The postal fee depends on the total weight of the ordered products.

There is also possibility to pick up the goods in person at the following address: Kominárska 2, Bratislava. /near Račianske mýto and Trnavské mýto, the building of Dopravoprojekt, third floor, car park available/ at the time arranged in advance via e-mail /we are happy to adapt to your needs/.
We currently accept the following methods of payment:
a) Bank transfer in advance to the bank account 2922880461/1100 /Tatra banka, a.s./or for the customers from Czech republic /we accept payments made in Czech crowns without additional fees/ to the account 2900380079/2010 /Fio banka/.
b) Cash on delivery – additional fee €0.80 plus the postage fee charged by the Slovak Post Office and €0.60 in case of GLS courier delivery /for Slovakia only/
c) Cash payment in case the goods are collected in person.
Every delivery contains an invoice – a tax certificate which also serves as the certificate of guarantee. If the invoice is missing in the delivery, please, contact us as soon as possible by phone on +421 908 097 826 or e-mail on email@example.com The guarantee period set by the law is 24 months from the acceptance date of the goods by the customer.
If you want to lodge a complaint on the goods purchased in the internet store www.mile.sk, you may wish to inform us in advance via e-mail on firstname.lastname@example.org
The reclaimed goods must be delivered along with the confirmation of payment as well as description of the defect to the address: milemale s.r.o., Šancová 37, 831 04 Bratislava. Please, do not send us the reclaimed goods via ‘cash on delivery’.
Damage caused to the product by wearing it out or washing, which naturally changes the appearance of the product, will not be considered a justified reason for a claim.
The seller binds to inform the buyer about the justifiability of the claim and the procedure of handling it within 7 days from receiving the claim. In case that the claim is justified, the buyer binds to handle the claim within 30 days from receiving it. The reclaimed goods will be exchanged ‘item for item’ or for another item of your choice /within the value of the reclaimed goods/ and we will send it to you at our cost or we will return the money to the buyer including the delivery fees.
The seller collects the personal data of the customers with their consent, which concerns the name, address, telephone number and email connection. These data are mostly used for making the potential future orders by the customer more convenient. We respect your privacy.
The administrator of the online store www.mile.sk declares that the collected personal data will be used exclusively for the communication with the customer. The administrator will not provide these data to the third person without consent of the owner of these data nor use them to make commercial offers.
Terms and Conditions are valid unless new Terms and Conditions are issued. These Terms and Conditions are binding in the wording published on the internet website www.mile.sk on the date of placing the online order unless there is another written agreement concluded between both parties. By placing an online order the buyer without reservations accepts all the provisions stated in the Terms and Conditions in the wording valid on the date of placing the order as well as the valid price of the ordered goods and delivery fees.
